I've only been using Differin gel for about 3 weeks but so far I'm really happy with it. I was using Tazorac which killed my skin ... super irritating, caused significant burning and made my skin worse rather than better. Differin is much more gentle but still has had some positive effect on my acne. Easy to use- smells fine and has a nice texture. I've also read that Differin may help with fine lines and wrinkles which would be a cool side benefit. I'm not sure what the longer term impact will be but so far I would recommend it for people with mild to moderate acne.

Conclusions
Again I would recommend Differin for people with mild to moderate acne.
