I don't write many reviews but I had to write about this stuff. I have dealt with acne on and off since high school and nothing worked...except for this! However, I had digestive issues before taking this product so chewing the pill made me feel very sick. Swallowing the pill whole worked much better for my particular situation and it still seems to be effective. I have tried expensive dermatology treatments, antibiotics, spiro, proactive, etc. and none of that ever worked. I will be using this for a long time! This has worked miracles for me.
