Details I bought this after I tried Proactiv and just love it! I tend to break out during certain times of the month or when I'm stressed and Proactiv was just too strong for my skin. This is a great system, if you're like me and suffer the occasional breakout, you can just use the cleanser and the blemish serum (Philosophy actually sells the blemish serum and the hydrogen peroxide cream in their own seperate kit but I really wanted to try the cleanser too and it was more cost effective to buy the larger kit).
The cleanser leaves my face feeling great, the blemish serum is fantastic, especially if you just need to touch up a problem area, the hydrogen peroxide cream is supposed to sanitize your skin during breakouts, and the protect cream is a moisturizer that's meant for protect your skin from the elements.
It is a little pricey but it's actually cheaper then the 5-step Proactiv kit so I kinda felt like I was saving money (hi, my name is alexis and i'm a shopoholic!) :-)
Conclusions
I like all of the components of the kit and will probably continue to use them.
