The automated mailing ordering system was inconvenient. The regular formula dried out my skin and made my acne worse.

Details
The Proactiv Skin care line for acne prone skin was too harsh for my skin type. I have oily/sensitive skin and the skin care system tended to dry out my skin. I noticed after a few months that my skin became very dry with red patches. This, in turn, aggravated my acne. The product line may have worked better if there had been an option for sensitive skin or some kind of moisturizer in the product package. This product line would have been more effective if the person I ordered it from had analyzed my skin type and offered suggestions as to products in their skin care line that would have been more appropriate for my particular skin type. The product is not appropriate for all skin types as the advertising had suggested.

Conclusions
The regular formula dried out my skin and made my acne worse.
