Details Dr P acts like the diet he suggests is revolutionary, but really its a low carb/low glycemic diet with lots of omega 3. I eat a low carb diet, drink tons of water, avoid caffeine, and take fish oil supplements. And that's what works for me. He has a section on supplements...a long list of supplements. I bought these supplements (very expensive to get them all), and found their affect (if any) is little compared to the diet. I take a multi and call it a day!! Since I started the program one month ago with minimal cheating: My skin is clearer, the circles under my eyes are gone, and I lost 5 pounds, so I'm happy!
