Skin Care Review: Biore Warming Anti-Blackhead Cream Cleanser
|
by E. H., Tacoma, WA, USA
Rating Adverse Effects
Benefits
Perhaps for those with oily complexions.
Drawbacks
The cleanser was irritating to sensitive skin.
Details When I saw this product, I thought, "Maybe this is for me!" The "anti-blackhead" part was appealing: my face is a circus of blackheads. $7 was a lot for me, but I hoped for a miracle fix.
The "heating" sensation is virtually pointless. If you rub your palms together to spread the cleanser, you feel the heat, and then...that's it. The heat lasts for a second and vanishes. I never felt it on my face.
After I washed my face, my pimple-y forehead felt itchy and irritated. I used the product twice, and I felt like I had wasted my money.
From one with sensitive skin to another, this is not the product for you.
Conclusions
Salicylic acid is not kind to sensitive skin. This product is very drying.
