According to the ad copy from Arbonne, their Reactivating Facial Serum is designed to:

"Increases moisture retention and cell proliferation day and night. Alpha and Beta Hydroxy acids reactivate healthy cell turnover, increasing translucence and glow while gently diminishing the look of fine lines and wrinkles. Key RE9 elements protect against oxidative stress and environmental aging factors."

I have also found it to be effective in helping reduce acne in conjunction with a salicylic acid treatment.

I experienced the greatest benefits from the serum when I used it on large cystic acne, which did not respond to salicylic acid alone. The breakouts began to shrink after a single application of the product.

Conclusions
This effective moisturizer can be a valuable part of anti-acne regimen.
