Skin Care Review: Chanel Sublimage Essential Regenerating Cream
|
by Sarah Jessica Leong
Rating Excellent
Benefits
Totally regenerating, clarifying, firming
Drawbacks
Price, but still well worth the indulgence
Details I undrwent radiotherapy of the face and neck area 2 years ago. This resulted in my cheeks and neck turning brownish-black with visible accelerated signs of aging - loss of firmness, crepiness, wrinking. I tried several creams to no avail.
Chanel's Sublimage was then launched. I have never spent US$200 on any skincare product before, but thought I should treat myself.
Within days I could see an improvement in the color, skin tone and texture. I had barely used up a quarter of the jar (that is over 2 months) when my skin had returned to normal and more (it was more radiant, firmer, very clear and smooth).
To save costs, whenever I return to using other brands like Estee Lauder, I do see a deterioration in the skin quality. Even Estee Lauder's ReNutriv Platinum range does not deliver its promise.
And when I go back to using Chanel Sublimage again, my skin always shows a dramatic improvementwithin a week. Well worth the splurge!!!
I have used a number of Chanel skin products, and I have found that their products give excellent results, and most of their products are very well-priced.
Conclusions
Highly recommended. Well worth the money spent.
