I am thrilled with this product line! Excellent quality and great results. Looking for the perfect products has been a real stuggle for me. Recently I came across a website that all of us who are lookng for the best products for ourselves should know. http://www.safecosmetics.org created by Breast Cancer Fund.

According to the site breast cancer incidence has dramatically risen. In the 1940s, a woman’s lifetime risk was 1 in 22; last year it was 1 in 8. Today, it is 1 in 7. In recent years, an expanding body of evidence has linked the pollutants and man-made chemicals in our environment to breast cancer and other diseases.

Our skin is our largest organ and is VERY responsive to what we put on it. Your future health could be jeopardized by the products you choose to use. I think many of us in the US have a belief that all products on the market are monitored by the FDA and therefore safe. I was surprised.. shocked to read on the Breast Caner website that "In the United States, however, major loopholes in federal law allow the $20 billion a year cosmetics industry to put unlimited amounts of chemicals that have been linked to cancer and reproductive harm into personal care products. In fact, the FDA does not review what goes into cosmetics before they are marketed, cannot compel companies to provide health effects data and cannot recall personal care products." Many chemicals that have not been tested or known carcinogens are a regular staple in American products have been banned in Europe since 2003. (over 400 chemicals!)

When shopping for a line of cosmetics that we will be putting on our body on a daily basis its very important that it is safe. The Breast Cancer website has a card you can print out and take shopping with you with a list of ingredients commonly used in cosmetics that are known carcinogens. Also on their site is a list of 250 cosmetic companies that have pledged to not use chemicals that are known or strongly suspected of causing cancer, mutation or birth defects in their products. Don’t be fooled by companies that advertise as being natural.. many of them have known carcinogenic ingredients as well. Take the time to look! It may save your life. And please take the time to tell you friends.

The good news, is there are many wonderful products our there that are safe. Eminence line is fantastic! The best I have tried. They also have a dry mineral sunscreen that is wonderful!

Conclusions
For beauty and health I highly reccommend the Eminence line of cosmetics..
