My dermatologist gave me samples to try claiming it would smooth my skin and reduce wrinkles. I did not receive either of these results, instead I broke out with severe acne, (although I have never had a problem with acne in the past). When I told the dermatologist, she explained that it has this effect on some people and that I should try the lotion instead of the cream because the cream form is more abbrasive. I tried the lotion form and I broke out with severe acne again, so i stopped using the product.

Conclusions
Beware, not suitable for all skin types.
