Skin Care Review: Strivectin SD
|
by Mary Jane Evans
Rating No effect
Benefits
Allegedly softens skin, reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinles, eliminates stretch marks
Drawbacks
The product is meant for the body and can be comedogenic.
Details I was really dissappointed after having paid so much for this product. I used it on a surgical scar on my upper back, (for which I did notice lightening--but it could just have been time), and I used it on my face for sagging. I'm 53, sagging, but have only very light fine lines for which it did nothing. These lines were barely visible to begin with. The product works by plumping, and I ended up with "lumpy" looking out-of -tone facial skin which looked better before I used the product. Maybe it works better on serious wrinkles. As a collagen synthesis stimulant, it's useless.
Conclusions
Strivecti didn't work for me. I suggest alternating copper products with Vitamin C instead.
