Tretinoin appears to have made a significant improvement in my skin. I noticed improvement within a week or two, but after one year of use on my face and neck, the lines around my eyes are barely visible, the texture of my skin has improved, and the color is more even. For the first time since I was a teenager, my skin is free of blemishes. I have begun using it on my chest to eliminate occasional breakouts and a very slight crepy appearance. The creme I'm using is a 0.05% solution, and I've never experienced irritation. I follow with Cetaphyl moisturizer a few minutes later. I am very careful to wear sunscreen, even if I'm just retrieving the newspaper from the porch!

Conclusions
I would definitely recommend Tretinoin to anyone who wants younger-looking skin
