I bought this because it has retinol and I had had success years ago with a perscription retin A. This doesn't seem nearly as strong as the perscription was and doesn't seem to do much. To be fair, I did not use it consistently every night; however, recently I have tried to be consistent and still have noticed little difference. With the perscription retinA the difference was subtle but noticable. I have had some success with the neutrogena anti-blemish cream. I have also used the anti wrinkle anti blemish cleanser but noticed no real improvement in blemishes or wrinkles.

Conclusions
probably not worth it
