I am 32 year old (170cm/58kg)and my skin is generally dry, but in rather good condition.I have got an olivy complexion and within the last two years I have started to get some lines around my eyes especially when I am smiling or laughing, which I do a lot. My nutrition is very healthy and I am excersising regularly.

I don't have any allergies and no intolerance to any substances I have ever tried on my skin.

I have recently bought two products on the extreme oposite end of the spectrum.

Nivea Visage Anti-wrinkle day care, which is a very rich and almost fatty product that seems to fill up my pores and stops my skin from breathing with the result of it having become spotty and pimply especially around the T area (forehead - nose - mouth - chin). I have chosen this product because of my dry skin, but it had a very adverse effect.

I then bought a L'Oreal Visible Result (daily skin perfector ultra-smoothing) and it had the opposite effect. The initially soft ans smooth feeling had worn of at lunch time and my skin was left to feel dry and tense for the rest of the day.

Conclusions
Being over 30 I will have to match product and skin more carefully.
