The Premier Dead Sea Eye Cream promises to combat and prevent wrinkles, stimulate celluar metabolism and reduce puffiness around the eye area. After using the eye cream and Premier's eye serum for a few days, the skin around my eyes felt very dry. I continued to use these products for another week, and the dryness worsened. My skin felt parched. So I stopped using the Premier Eye Cream and Eye Serum and went back to using my previous brand of eye cream. My skin felt less dry overnight. It's been a little over a week now since I stopped using Premier and all the dryness had disappeared. I won't let Premier products touch my skin again.

Conclusions
I won't let the product touch my skin again, and am seeking a refund from the maker.
