I'm only 22, so I probably shouldn't be using a retinol product as it is, but I had comedonal acne on my cheeks, and my skin was already showing some fine lines. I was hoping a light retinol cream would be a beneficial addition to my skincare regime. I purchased Skin Medica's retinol complex, thinking it would improve my complexion, but, after a few months of use, I haven't noticed *that* much of a difference. My skin is naturally very dry, very prone to sun-burning, and quite prone to small wax-like pimples. This product did nothing for the acne, and I haven't noticed a disappearance of my fine lines. I started with using only a pea-sized amount each night. However, after using it this way every other night for a week to no avail, I stepped it up to every night. Still nothing. Needless to say, i wasn't particularly pleased with this product as it failed to do what it said it would do.

Conclusions
I wouldn't recommend this product; it's expensive and ineffective.
