Details Skin Rejuvenation with the Aurora by Syneron [physician's review].
Excellent results most of the time. Must offer the skin rejuvenation as a package not as a single procedure. Takes 4 to 6 skin rejuvenation treatments to see great results but patients love the no downtime aspect. Works great in conjunction with Botox and or fillers. The large head size allows for rapid and complete coverage of the face. Painless procedure with numbing cream and Zimmer. coooling machine and correct technique.
Must be very careful with Fitzpatrick type 4 and 5 (not for type 6). Must go to Bitter and Muholland's course in order to learn the fotofacial RF technique and take all your nurses.
The hair removal head is also good with slower results than laser hair removal.
Conclusions
I would buy the Aurora again and if I could buy only one device this would be it.
Price (paid by reviewer) $75,000 for the device
