Skin Care Review: Chemical Peel
|
by Melanie Bowman, Cookeville, TN USA
Rating No effect
Benefits
There is at least 15 days down time and it is pretty painful.
Drawbacks
The result were not as good I expected them to be.
Details The chemical peel was painful and my entire face was badly crusted over. I was this way for at least 10 to 12 days. I really didn't notice any difference in my skin. I seemed like I was more likely to have breakouts though. The cost was $100 (very reasonalbe), but I didn't see the results I expected to see. I am not sure I would do the procedure again. The cost was reasonable but the result were disappointing. Next time I will consider Laser or something where I can see results. I think my skin is too sensetive for chemical peels.
Conclusions
I would not recommend this procdure for wrinkles. I didn't see any change.
Price (paid by reviewer) $100
