I had the Fraxel Repair on my face March 2008. I had very deep lines around my eyes. The Fraxel procedure was mildly painful as it was being treated and my face looked like a huge rope burn afterward. However, even though I looked awful there was no pain once the procedure was over. I followed the cleansing instructions to the T and within 2 days new skin had formed and I could see the difference. I have contined to use Retin A and have to have some botox for maintenance as my whole face moves when I smile which contributes to lines. It was well worth the $$ and had made a huge difference in the texture of my skin. I am now a religous user of sun screen and hats outside.

Conclusions
It is a spendy procedure but the results are good and the turnaround time is minimal.
