Skin Care Review: Philosophy Turbo Booster C Powder
|
by Anonymous
Rating Good
Benefits
Brightens skin tone, evens skintone, prevents aging.
Drawbacks
Expensive. Plastic scoop breaks easily.
Details Very good for evening out skin tone. I found that this makes my skin glow and look more youthful. The formulation is easy to use (just vitamin C powder with a few other additives like panthenol, includes a small scoop for measuring.) All you do is add it to your moisturizer. I personally had none of the "orange" side effects like some have. A small bottle lasts a long time and can do some miracle work on your skin. It can also sting a tiny bit when being applied and has a tendency to turn your moisturizers from creamy to slightly watery. I'd definitely buy this product again for the convenience, but I might also look for a more cost-effective solution (generic l-ascorbic acid.) Seems to be stable vitamin c powder. Easy to mix, easy to incorporate into daily routine. Brightens skin and evens skintone.
Conclusions
Easy to use, brightening, would buy again but might look for something cheaper.
