Skin Care Review: Avon Vitamin C Serum
|
by Robin York
Rating Adverse Effects
Benefits
The serum was advertised as remaining stable longer because it was in a pump container.
Drawbacks
The serum was extremely greasy and would not absorb; my face stuck to my pillow!
Details Avon successfully put their Vitamin-C serum in a pump bottle to prolong stability, however the bottle was made of clear glass which aids in the instability of Vitamin-C. Why not get it right to start with?
I have used Vitamin-C serum in the past and it made my skin feel refreshed. I am presently fifty years old with combination skin. I could have never put this on and worn it out with/without make-up. I have searched the web for a quick absorbing, pure Vitamin-C (10-20%), in a dark bottle with a pump.
Where can I find this at a resonable price?
Conclusions
A pure Vitamin-C serum in a light filtering pump bottle for a reasonable price.
