It works on my acne scars, Pretty much anything that has scabbed over.

Drawbacks
Expensive. F Not really useful on scars that have been there awhile.

First, i would like to tell everyone that i have the worst healing process EVER. i still have superficial scars that i got when i was 8. Maderma has been a god send because i have been suffering from acne since 13 and now i am 24. I have used maderma as soon a the acne scars appeared and within 3-4 days it is gone. I don't rub it in though. i just let it stay on my skin, that way i don't have to rub it in 3 times a day. I do when i go home, so it not seen when i go out. It's not how the instruction says to use, but It really works!

Conclusions
Maderma is effective on new scars, but on old scars..maybe not.
