This product is harsh and needs to be used with caution like any other but it was the best thing I had used without paying hundreds for surgery/salon treatment. Just a light circular action over the areas, not everywhere. Calms down after a few days. As my area is under my hair I can keep it covered otherwise I wouldn't go out. Don't know why others slate it, what do they expect? Harsh but works for me. Use all products carefully and like I said scrub very lightly for the first time in circular motion.

Conclusions
Use if have a few days off and be gentle.
