Details I purchased what I thought was the Skin Milk cream at Walmart. I had been using the cream for several months and had no problems with it. I asked a store clerk for help in locating the product at Walmart. The clerk located the item and handed it to me.I did not use the product immediately.I began using the product 1 week ago I noticed when using the product that it did not go on smooth after my bath but did not think anything of it -- I thought it was because I had not dried off completely. The very next day I began to itch. Around this time my husband noticed dry skin around his neck he asked if I had cream I told him to use the Skin milk never putting two and two togeather that it might me the Skin Milk product. The next day he too began to itch and approximately six inches around his neck the area became red and itchy. I still didnt think anything of this but began putting baby cream around his neck. It suddenly came to me it may be the cream. I then looked at the bottle and instead of the product name being cream it read shower gel cleanse.
Conclusions
The product is packaged in the same shape/bottle as the cream. This product is harmful.
