This cleanser/toner cleanses softly without water, then rinses off. It works best with the entire set, which can get expensive. However, the cleanser/toner alone is worth it. It's best if you leave it on a minute or two before washing off. I love this when I party too much the night before and forgot to wash my makeup off. It's strong stuff but non-abrasive and leaves my skin feeling smmoth. Great for sensitive, acne-prone, oily, or combination skin. The products last a long time and you'll definetaly see some change.

Conclusions
I reccommend buying the starter set at $72.
