Skin Care Review: Vichy Pureté Thermale for Sensitive Skin
|
by merritt g., san francisco, CA usa
Rating Excellent
Benefits
Normalized my combination skin, reduced acne, good tone and over-all improvement.
Drawbacks
Rather pricey and hard-to find in stores in the USA.
Details I bought Vichy Pureté Thermale cleanser and eye cream with reti-C a few years ago. Prices run $15-$25. I'm 37 yrs old, my skin is combination, acne-prone, red-prone, and very sensitive. Vichy normalized my skin out and reduced my acne significantly. It did not help with my redness. The cleanser is described on Vichy website as:
1. Removes make-up
2. Calms irritations
3. Has a non-drying formula
It is dermatologist tested:
- Allergy and Ophthalmologist tested
- Tested on sensitive eyes and skin and on contact lens wearers
- Alcohol free, Soap free
- Colorant free, Neutral pH.
I rarelly see Vichy reviewed, yet it is the best product I have ever used. I have bottles and bottles under my sink, of products unusable. I finally stopped looking after using Vichy. It worked for me.
Conclusions
If you have sensitive or problematic skin, I highly recommend this product.
