Benefits
Softens skin,
improves texture,
reduces oilyness,
acne improved,
inexpensive
Drawbacks
mild stinging (means it's working)
Details I have dealt with oily and sesitive skin my whole life. My skin is uneven in texture and color, mild acne (hormonal), oily, blackheads. I started looking online for a solution to my problem skin and found that glycolic is one of the most suggested uses. I looked for a lotion or gel that would help exfoliate my skin without harsh loofahs or gritty soap. DCL has a line of skin care products that are relatively inexpensive so I tried their revitalizing lotion w/ 20% glycolic acid. I have found mild to moderate improvement using drugstore AHA creams. However, my skin would reach only a certain level of improvement. After using DCL for two weeks I have discovered the following qualities about my skin:1. oilyness is reduced, I don't see any blackheads, acne is gone (although after initial use I developed some zits due to the exfoliation but went away after a week), my skin has never been this baby butt smooth.
Conclusions
HURRAYY! I recommend this product to anyone.
