I once heard a cosmetic surgeon state that alpha hydroxy is one of the best moisturizers available. It does not have to be an expensive brand name. Some drug stores, such as Walgreens, carry Alpha Hydroxy in plain looking containers in varying strengths for far less than department stores. It is available in both face and body formulations. For those that experience some sensitivity, try using the product every other day. Do not use around the delicate eye area. Be careful in the application as it will sting open skin and eyes, and may cause discoloration on towels. If using the body lotion, do not use immediately after shaving. And, do not use for several days prior to any wax hair removal procedures.Over time, the product helps remove dead skin cells and produces healthy looking skin. Be sure to use sunscreen because this product will cause the skin to be more sun sensitive.

I highly recommend this product with proper use.
