For several years, I spent too much time in the sun and have spent the past few years trying to correct and reverse all of this sun damage as I possibly can. I've had glycolic peels before and an Obaji Peel several years ago...so, I wanted something that gave more dramatic results than the glycolic peels as the past few years my skin has shown that it is in need of some brightening/evening and a more refined texture....The Vitalize peel is a BHA/Retinoic Acid based peel.....it takes only about 20 minutes total. It definitely gave me better results than they glycolic peels that I've recv'd...yet with the peeling I've had afterwards (no where near as much as the Obaji Blue Peel, however, I may just get another Obaji Blue Peel (TCA) the next time since the clarity/texture of my skin can be greatly improved with 1 peel and a few days of downtime rather than several Vitalize peels and yes, minimal downtime, but still, visible peeling!

Conclusions
If you have minimal sun/aging damage, this is a good peel....
