These pads contain an element called Actizone Firming Factor which consists of Ascorbic acid, retinol palmitate, yeast extract and too many more to list.

They are used at night after cleansing and before moisturizing or applying any serums. I am 59, have fair, rather thin skin and these pads have kept my face exfoliated and free of dry skin flakes. When I don't use them I find my makeup tends to "sit on my skin" and look more obvious. My only wish is that she made them in degrees of strength so you could trade up once your skin became acclimated to the product. This is difficult to do with a product being widely marketed as the liability for selling a product that may be too strong for some inhibits the producer. I am considering switching to a Retinol cream with the hope that it will give similar results and be more effective at stimulating collagen.

Conclusions
This is a good product and I have used it for several years.
