first tried the Prana Pumpkin Scrub because I heard it could help me with exfoliation. Being a guy, I was never really interested in exfoliating and was a little skeptical. However, I have dry skin especially from shaving and was hoping that this could help. I was told to use it in the shower (since this is quickest and easiest for me) and wash my face and leave it on for a couple of minutes. Start by doing it once a week and then work up to using it every other day or everyday. When I put it on I really liked the scent of the product (had a nice pumpkin smell). I also liked the feel of the crushed walnut shells because it made the product feel like it was scrubbing and exfoliating my face. The best part of the product was when I rinsed it off and was ready to get out of the shower. My face had a brand new rejuvinated feel to it. It felt very smooth and soft which I never thought I could get from a product like this. I now use Pumpkin Scrub religiously everyday because I love the way my face feels new and fresh every morning. Also, I don't have the problem with dry flaky skin anymore.
