Unlike other Skin Medica products with which I have had good results, this eye cream did not fully deliver on the promised results. The appearance of fine lines in the eye area may have improved a bit. However, I did not notice reduced puffiness and dark circles. What I did notice was that I my evens were increasingly bloodshot and itchy, especially early in the mornings. I did not immediately associate the irritated eyes with the TNS cream because I had been using the cream for a month or two before this side-effect appeared. My eyes got worse and worse until I ran out of cream and the problem immediately went away.

Conclusions
Request a sample to start with and watch for eye irritation that may start later.
