Very heavy on the eye, feels too rich and creamy. Feel a little oily too. I am a night owl person and I often have dark rings. The product does not seem to reduce any kind of dark rings or puffiness around my eye region. It only makes the eye region feel greasy when u wake up in the morning. And most importantly, it makes you feel uncomfortable when u apply it on and gonna leave it on throughout the night. It also does not have any kind of soothing effect on the eyes which most products do, such as body shop camomile eye treatment, etc.

Conclusions
Avoid this product. This shows something, what u pay is what u get.
