Skin Care Review: Olay Regenerist Micro Sculpting Cream

Rating Adverse Effects
Benefits
If you have normal to oily skin this may work better for you.
Drawbacks
Does not hydrate as much as they claim or as well as cheaper products. Not even close.
Details I bought this because I have dry skin, and while I am only in my early 30's, I find that anti-aging/anti-wrinkle creams are better at hydrating than other creams.
I was excited to try this when I heard it hydrated so well. They boast hydration better than the $100 creams.
I have been using it for over a week now, and if anything, it has made my dry skin worse.
With other creams, the flakiness disappears even if just for an hour or so.
With this cream, I put it on after I showered at the gym, and by the time I got home (15 mintues later), while it did still feel moderately hydrated, it emphasized the flakiness and seemed to leave a strange film on my skin, even though I followed the directions to massage in until absorbed.
I was very disappointed and have gotten much better results with creams and lotions that were less than half the price.
I have also not seen any firming of my skin or wrinkle reduction.
Conclusions
Completely useless for dry skin no matter what their commercials claim.
