Skin Care Review: Tri-Luma (by Galderma)
|
by Teresa, Lewisville, TX US
Rating Adverse Effects
Benefits
Lighten dark spots and hyperpigmentation.
Drawbacks
Contains high concentration of hydroquinone.
Details I used Triluma product for several months, nightly. Not only did Triluma not correct my hyperpigmentation but disfigured my skin terribly. My hyperpigmentation increased even looked purple and it lightened my eye areas to a pink. I have naturally brown skin so it appeared to look like vitiligo in some places. I believe that the use of this product gave me exogenous ochronosis or irreversible dermal hyperpigmentation. My skin looked worse than before I started using it. I am sorry I ever put this cream on my face. On the website they have a disclaimer thanks to the many complaints they have gotten.
Conclusions
I would not use this product for over 30 days if at all. BEWARE!
