I used this product as directed for one (1) year and did not get the results I was looking for and was very disappointed. I was hoping to lighten my sun spots on the high cheek bone area, nose and upper lip area, and it didn't happen.

This product made my skin feel a little softer, but that's not why i purchased it. I wouldn't recommend this product to lighten sun spots.

I noticed that my acne went away, that's the only positive result I got from using Mama Lotion.

Conclusions
I've never had malasma, so I wouldn't be able to tell you if this works for that.
