I am an Aesthetician in an Atlanta Dermatology practice. We just started using the SkinMedica Rejuvenize peel in our practice. It has been the best peel thus far to help with hyperpigmentation, that has very little down time. (Heavy flaking and peeling for about 3-4 days). The first and second day you cannot tell you had anything done and then peeling begins typically day 3 and continues through to day 5-6. For people with Melasma, or any pigmentation issues from the sun, 3 peels about 3-4 weeks apart gives great results!! Many patients have stated that they do not need to wear makeup anymore. For more severe melasma, 4 peels may be necessary.

Conclusions
I recommend this peel for any melasma patient that doesn't want to spend $$$$$.
