Details On a long, dry flight from New York to Paris, one of my flight attendant colleagues pulled out a small tub of Dove Body Silk and asked if any of us wanted to moisturize our hands. I declined as I had my own hand lotion in my apron pocket. This youthful 50ish colleague really pushed trying the Dove Body Silk as she coyly bet us that we had never tried anything so smooth on our skin. I reluctantly dipped into the nice smelling tub and was surprised that this cream was so incredibly light weight to the touch. I rubbed it on my dry forearm and it blended right into my skin. My colleague went on to say that this was the best body lotion she has ever used (this is coming from a woman who buys nothing but the best in designer luggage, clothing and other skin care products), and she now stockpiles it whenever she is in Paris. I too am addicted to this truly silky, wonderful smelling cream. It goes on like silk--or like butter, and keeps the skin hydrated and non-greasy. I now am obliged to keep my mother, best friend and Aunt fully stocked with Dove Body Silk as it's not available in the US, for some reason. My macho husband, who would never admit to using a body moisturizer if asked, even occassionally applies the cream because he likes how it feels on his skin. (Of course he wouldn't wear it outside of the home, as it does have a feminine scent).
