My skin is sensitive sometimes, particularly in dry cold weather. I've found the safest lotion if I'm having irritation to be this Purpose lotion. It was recommended to me along with Dove unscented soap when I was experiencing perioral dermatitis. I would like it to be more moisturizing in the winter as I typically apply it 3 times per day and supplement with an intense moisturizer when I’m going jogging in the cold wind. I still struggle with blackheads on my nose/chin, mainly in the summer, so I’m not sure if another choice would be even better. Overall, though, I am happy with it.
