Skin Care Review: Origins Balanced Diet Moisturizer
|
by Anonymous, Austin, TX
Rating Adverse Effects
Benefits
doesn't make your T-zone too oily.
Drawbacks
Dried out cheeks and caused acne.
Details Balanced diet is a moisturizer designed for combination skin, but it wreaked havoc on my sensitive cheeks. I'm very fair and have sensitive, combination skin. I wore this moisturizer for four days and in that time my cheeks became red, dry, flaky, and acned - it was awful. It's summer now and I thought maybe I'd developed rosacea because of the heat - but when I switched to the Anne Marie Borlind Sensitive Skin series, my skin improved overnight and has been improving on a daily basis since.
Conclusions
Bad effects if you tend to have dryness outside of your T-zone. Go elsewhere.
