Details It is "dermatologist recommended." The active ingredients all appear to be sunscreens: ensulizole, octocrylene, zinc oxide and octioxate, so maybe it reduces redness by preventing sunburn. I find that most moisturizers with a good SPF (20 or more), irritate my face. This one did not. I use it in the morning. It is not waterproof, so I've used it only in the winter, when sweat and water aren't likely to wash it off. I have used it for about 3 months. If you can find it on sale, it is an acceptable suncreen/moisturizer, but my search for the perfect moisturizer/sunscreen/redness reducer continues.
