St Ives 24 Moisture is a suprisingly good product. It manages to do what it advertises, and that's keep my skin feeling moisturized all throughout the day. Most other moisturizers I've used required several reapplications throughout the day and evening to keep skin feeling hydrated. With the 24 Hour Moisture, I apply it first thing in the morning before applying makeup, and I reapply it after I wash my face before bed, but that goes without saying. The only drawback is that sometimes I notice my face feeling a little dry in some spots late in the afternoon, especially if I've perspired a lot, and I have to reapply it to some areas like my forehead and cheeks. Otherwise, it seems to be a very efficient all day moisturizer.

Conclusions
Good cost-effective product, moisturizes much better than most.
