The product works for me. I have hundreds of black heads. While the product doesn't completely get rid of them, it does minimize the size and amount. I have to use it 3-4 times a week. Take one week off; however, and the black heads generously reappear. I have used this product on and off for about 4 years. Sometimes I worry that this product may cause damage because it is strong. Sometimes it burns. Sometimes I worry that I might be stripping my skin of natural oils and therefore increasing wrinkles/damage- in the long term that is. The product does leave my skin very smooth after use. I also like the Origins Apricot Scrub.

This product works and i do recommend it
