Skin Care Review: Nair Brush-On Cream Hair Remover (for FACE)
|
by Cynthia Young, Springfield, IL US
Rating Adverse Effects
Benefits
Product does remove facial hair.
Drawbacks
Results are extremely unpredictable. Sensitive skin should NOT use this product.
Details I am 40, fair-skinned, have some white facial hair & some mustache-type hair. Nair's price was nice, the packaging cute, the ingredients very 'natural'. You just brush it on, NEVER leaving on more than 10 minutes. Simply wipe away when time is up. I never left it on for more than 3 minutes. The first 2 times it was successful with some irritation. Skin was smooth and hairless. The third time, after removing, my skin looked BURNT. It took 2 weeks to heal. I was afraid of scarring, but it didn't happen. I even considered a lawsuit. DON'T use this product; the outcome is not predictable
Conclusions
If you have unwanted facial hair try one of the new 'micro-razors' like Finishing Touch.
