Benefits
This is the first product I recommend to friends who complain of dehydration.

Drawbacks
Leaving it on overnight can be a bit sticky. Pillow covers will need a wash too.

This is my miracle product and I am on about tube 6 of this stuff. Everyone I recommend it to raves about it.

Normally I cleanse and exfoliate then leave the mask on as long as I can. However I have skin that is very used to AHAs (it has a good punch of AHAs) so I suggest applying for the recommended time to start with. I can leave it on overnight if I want to and any flakiness, tiny scabs from breakouts and open pores are gone the next day when I wash it off with a washcloth.

You can also use it as a spot treatment on flakiness after extraction, or rosacea on the cheeks.

Conclusions
After many years of using hihg-end products this is still my mask of choice.
