it is a watery serum. once you spray it on your skin, your skin will feel silky smooth making you feel that your skin has really "rejuvenated"! after apllying other serums, spray another layer of O2 serum to "sandwich" the serums for better absorption of other serums. it can improve the delivery of active ingredients into the skin, thus inhibiting collagen & elastin loss and extend the life expectancy of skin cells. I have light skin that can be prone to redness. The O2 serum is really healing and has really helped with this. Also it is extremely effective after Epidermix or a glycolic peel. I can feel that my fine lines diminished (slightly) using this for three mths

Conclusions
effective serum. however, it's quite expensive.
