Skin Care Tip: Get enough sleep

Most people need approximately 7 hours of sleep, give or take an hour. Unfortunately, most adults report not receiving enough sleep. And, most of those same adults do not take time to unwind before they go to bed. Our bodies need the time for both sleep and relaxation. And when you don't get enough rest and sleep, it not only shows in your daily performance but also on your face. Without sufficient rest, your eye circles and puffiness can become more pronounced, forehead lines might be deeper, and your facial color might be less glowing. So, if you want to look more naturally beautiful with no other cost than your time, get some sleep. I look and feel significantly better when I get enough sleep.
