For a face lifted look, tighten the muscles behind your ears - the ones used to wiggle your ears, but just keep them tight. This lifts your brows, softens lines and pouches around eyes and decreases forehead lines. The effect is immediate and lasts only as long as your muscles are flexed. Think of it as though you are holding in your stomach at the beach. Over time this does seem to have a somewhat cumulative effect.
