Diet Tip: Tofu/soy instead of dairy

Tip description / details: Lately I've been substituting tofu for dairy in a lot of recipes. My favorite recipe is using soft tofu instead of yogurt in smoothies. Its full of protein without all the extra calories.
Ingredients: 1 cup strawberries, 1 package soft tofu, 1 banana, 1 cup soy milk, honey to taste
How to prepare: Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. The ingredients can be adjusted to suit your tastes.
How to use:
Results (observed by submitter): This smoothie is a serious hit at home. We make it for breakfast, snacks, or sometimes even dessert. If you want something extra special, try using chocolate soy milk or vanilla flavored soy milk.
