Diet Tip: Protein and essential fats for better skin

Tip description / details: This may not be a new theme but is one that many women forget in their quest to remain thin. Protein such as lean meat and particularly fish rich in Omega 3, such as Salmon, will do wonders for lifting and firming your skin.
In addition, I have witnessed that nuts and certain oils such as flaxseed can also contribute to the firming, tightening and overall health of our skin.
Ingredients: You can be creative to ensure the best way to get all these essentials in your daily diet. For example, I create a daily smoothie with plain yogurt, berries, flaxseed, nuts and bee pollen.
How to prepare: All you need is a blender.
